At Modestalk, we aim to deliver your order with care, clarity, and reliability. Our shipping rates are calculated based on distance to ensure fairness and efficiency, while allowing us to serve both local and nationwide customers.

Delivery Options

Please note that orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 days.

  • Standard Delivery – £2.99
    After products are dispatched, delivery period will take 3-5 business days.
  • Express Delivery - £6.00
    After products are dispatched, delivery period will take 1-2 business days.
  • No minimum order value on all delivery options.

Exchange & Returns

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To ensure the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.
  • For returns, please email us to initiate the process.
  • A return shipping label will be provided once your request is approved.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly once the item is received in good, unused condition.

Additional Information

  • There is no minimum order value for any delivery zone.

  • Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • During busy periods or launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
